Re-Skilling & Upskilling: Part Time

Do you want to improve your current skills or gain new skills for personal or work-related purposes?

If so, then talk to us at Limerick City Adult Education Service. We offer a huge variety of part-time courses, which can help you to update the skills you have, or gain new skills. Examples of our courses include

  • English and Maths (Junior and Leaving Cert)
  • Computing and IT
  • Childcare
  • Care Support for Healthcare workers
  • Administration and secretarial skills

If you join one of our courses, you will
• Be in a small group
• Benefit from the most experienced tutors in the City
• Have a choice of venues across the city
• Have a choice between morning, afternoon or evening courses
• Have a chance to gain a certificate (Fetac level 3- 6)

All these courses have been designed in partnership with learners, employers and community agencies in order to give adults an opportunity to combine return to learning with family, work and other responsibilities.

    this is not as direct in tone as other parts of entry-how about

    If you are a learner, employer or community group we will work with you to meet your needs. All our courses are designed to combine a return to learning with family life, work or other responsibilities.
